The Company hereby gives notice under Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act that: a) the Company has issued the Shares without disclosure to the recipients under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; b) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; c) as at the date of this notice the Company, as a disclosing entity under the Corporations Act, has complied with: d) (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Company; and as at the date of this announcement, there is no information a. that has been excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules; and b. that investors and their professional advisers would reasonably require for the purpose of making an informed assessment of: i. the asset and liabilities, financial position and performance, profits and losses and prospects of the body; or ii. the rights and liabilities attaching to the relevant securities to the extent to which it is reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to expect to find the information in a disclosure document This announcement has been approved for release by the Company Secretary.
